Seth Rollins then went on to chastise the locker room for their performance at Sunday’s Survivor Series, before ending up on the receiving end of a crowd pleasing stunner from Kevin Owens.
According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Seth Rollins apparently ad-libbed the response and Vince McMahon was visibly upset backstage:
Meanwhile, FOX has confirmed the CM Punk will not be on tonight’s episode of WWE Backstage. So, we’ll have to wait at least another week before we get a possible on screen response from Chicago’s favorite son.
Triple H will appear on this week’s edition of Backstage and will be calling in live from the NXT Performance Center.
