While both Itami and Dillinger had asked for their releases, TJP had not. Thanks to PWInsider for first breaking this story. In case you didn’t know… Tye Dillinger had asked for his release some time ago. He had even posted on his Instagram account about the same, to shoot down rumours about his departure. In Hideo Itami’s case, he too had asked for his release, presumably to return to his home country of Japan....

In case you didn’t know… Daniel Bryan was forced into early retirement due to repeated concussion injuries throughout his career. Despite several reports to the contrary, Bryan made his triumphant return to the ring in 2018 after finally being cleared by WWE to compete again. Since his return, Bryan has been a mainstay on SmackDown Live, remaining healthy and even winning the WWE Championship, right up until WrestleMania 35. Wrestlinginc.com recently reported that Bryan was pulled from this week’s WWE Live event in Madison, Wisconsin and Rochester, Minnesota without any explanation....

On October 6, “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt is scheduled to challenge Seth Rollins for the Universal Championship at the Hell In A Cell pay-per-view, meaning there is a strong possibility that he will hold Raw’s top male title heading into the draft. According to WrestleVotes, there is interest from FOX in Wyatt moving to SmackDown after the blue brand debuts on the channel on October 4, but RAW Executive Director Paul Heyman is said to be a “gigantic fan” of the former Wyatt Family leader and he is likely to remain with the red brand....

In an update to the developing story, Pro Wrestling Sheet is reporting Chris Sabin is at the WWE Performance Center this week to work as a guest coach.
